My eulogy to former business colleague

You will live in our hearts forever.

Architect Solomon Miranda, tiyuhin sa ninong sa kasal ng parents ko, died last Tuesday of cardiac arrest.  He was 74, and had lingering illness - diabetes.

We did business together in the 1980s.  He built houses for our subdivision projects in Pantok Binangonan Rizal.   I consider the housing project as risky:  big risk but big returns.  That is where real money is made but you have to have good marketing, and good liason at banks and take out facilties.

He did plans for several of our BP 220 project including the shopping mall.  Unishoppe.  He even made the plans for one of the most expensive and upscale project in Angono -  Bloomingdale.   And just to think that we peered at the plans in a girlie bar.

Goodbye Architect Solly.  Go with God.  May your soul rest in peace.
